The MCAL Championships will be held on Thursday, Nov. 8 at Indian Valley College.  Varsity Girls race at 3:15 pm. Varsity Boys at 4 pm.

To get to IVC from 101. Exit at  Ignacio Blvd. Head west on Ignacio Blvd. The course is at the end of Ignacio Blvd. The start and finish are on the soccer fields. The IVC address is 1800 Ignacio Blvd, Novato, CA  94949-4912

The Bay Counties League West Championships will be held on Friday Nov. 2 at Lindley Meadows at Golden Gate Park. The meet starts at 3:30pm
